This 13 year old builder home became a personal project for ESD principal, Sandra Meyer. With overt details that were inconsistent with any classic architecture, this house was simplified and modernized by removing detailed molding, increasing the height of doorways to take advantage of already high ceilings and removal of interior doors. Without moving any walls, we were able to create an open, flowing floor plan that reflected her style of living: clean, crisp, livable, hip and comfortable.
